LASTS

Happy Day! I went to the bank and made the LAST money transfer for Josh's law school! He is done in 3 weeks. Good Job, Josh! You made it. (see Meredith's blog for a little wife-bragging)

The bank is inside Pavilions and I decided to celebrate solo. I made my way to the ice cream aisle and saw a new flavor: Creme Brulee. OH! It did not disappoint. Thank you Ben and Jerry. Perfect celebration frozen treat.

Finished another blanket. Two in a week. I'm feelin' good!

Tonight is the LAST night of the play. After the cast and crew did a preliminary set strike, I took Christine and her friend, Ashley, to the cast party. I am waiting to go and pick them up at 11:49pm. It was extremely successful, but the late nights every night this week are catching up with me. It's one thing to be up late at night in your own home in your comfy jammies or sweats. It's an entirely different thing to be driving back and forth. They did an abbreviated version of Guys and Dolls.

Duff says Natalie and Robert are just about done with all their packing. That they have worked together really efficiently and had a good system to get it all done. They should take the LAST load tomorrow to store for the summer. I'm kind of sad about it. It was such a darling basement apartment and she had it fixed up so cute and homey. But, on they go! I feel so bad for the owners. I can't imagine what it must be like to lose your home. Times are hard.

Cold today and I just let the dog out and we have a heavy drizzle going on. Brrr...
