...people dying, that is. And this week was one of those. Ed McMahon, Farrah Fawcett, and Michael Jackson. Farrah this morning and Michael this afternoon. Ed was 86. Farrah had been battling cancer for 7 years. But Michael was the biggest shock. They say cardiac arrest at 50 years old. They are expediting the autopsy. His personal life was an interesting one, but there is no doubt that his talent and music are legendary. He did it all in the entertainment industry. He was the cutting edge and people copied him. His dancing was amazing. I can sing along to just about any of his hit songs. I still remember where I was when the Thriller video was first aired: at my parent's house for a family get-together on a Sunday afternoon. Mike M. had us all gather around the tv in the family room. It was unforgettable. We danced and sang.
They've all had a struggle. Now they can rest.
