If I've already posted this at some other time, please indulge me.I get so excited when I make brownies these days. Someone told me to cut them with a plastic knife. What? Yes, a simple plastic knife. And you know what? It works perfectly. Nice straight simple lines with no rough edges and tearing. Even when they are still warm!
