Natalie Is 2-5 Today!

Natalie was born at 4:55am on a Saturday morning. The day before, Friday, was a warm day, as it usually is here in California. We had dinner and I was really tired for some reason. The 'boys' and I watched Strawberry Shortcake's Bake Off at 7 pm and then Duff and I put them to bed and I headed for bed too. I woke up around midnight and just didn't 'feel good'. I got up and walked around for a few minutes trying to get comfortable. I wondered if I might be starting labor, but I so far had not ever delivered on my due date. About an hour later I decided to call the doctor, and he told us to go to the hospital. We called my mom and dad to get on their way, and then our neighbor, Jan Allen, to come and stay with the boys until they got there. It's a good thing we did. By the time I got to the hospital, I was well on 'my way', and she was born 2 hours later! Easy labor and delivery and q-u-i-c-k ! She came right on her due date and she has ALWAYS been a punctual gal!

Making faces with Grandpa Davis on a hot summer Saturday in the Westminster backyard. Almost looks like they are puckering up for a smooch!

Natalie and Mrs. Wells, her kindergarten teacher. They share the same birthday and celebrated at school together. Mrs. Wells was our favorite kindergarten teacher at Sequoia Elementary. It was like having your grandma be your teacher. No nonsense and soooooo MUCH love!

Now married to her sweetheart.
HAPPY 25TH BIRTHDAY NATALIE!
We send all our love for a great day!
