Thanksgiving Friday

Here we all are having Thanksgiving Dinner. l-r: Lisa (can't see her), Natalie, Shaun (didn't make the picture), Adrianne, Mike, Duff, Christine, Chris Dallies (Shaun's roommate), Meredith, Josh, Craig (can't see him either!)


Adrianne being initiated into the family Thanksgiving Traditions. Her first bite of german Red Cabbage! Let me tell you--it is an aquired taste if you haven't grown up with it. Honestly, most Americans don't care for it. But even if Duff and I are the only ones who eat it, (and the Abramowski side of the family),I make it anyway because the smell just spells 'holiday'! Adrianne was a good sport, but let us know that she'll just be enjoying the aroma from now on!

How about this! The kids let Duff and I, and Craig and Lisa off the hook for clean-up. They all pitched in and it was cleaned up and put away before you could blink. And very nicely so!

Banana cream, pecan, and apple pies, and also a pumpkin dessert rounded out the meal.
