Hello, Hello

Well, no meetings this morning for me. My mind wasn't busy with all the things I used to have buzzing around while I was getting ready and during Sacrament Meeting. Weird.

The SS teacher made me get up and 'introduce' myself to the class! Then he divided the room in two and was going to have them sing the 'Hello Song' to me to make me feel welcome! That got a big laugh from everyone, and I asked where my 'sticker' was, and more laughter. RS was good too. Funny thing though--I had a hard time sitting still. That will come.

Mikki Earl was one of the speakers. She gave one of the best talks I have ever heard on love and service. She is a very articulate speaker, but down to earth--not over your head. I was very touched by it.

Beautiful blue skies, but very, very cold for us. We have snow on Saddleback Mountain. That is always so pretty.

Quiet day with the family and it was so peaceful.
