I talked to Grandma yesterday. Her 2nd eye surgery on Monday went very well. It is feeling a bit scratchy and a little uncomfortable, but she can see CLEARLY! Because of the way they do the cataract surgery, she almost doesn't need any glasses anymore. Her vision is so good. She says the bad part is when she looks at her house and sees all the cleaning things she's missed over the last year or so. She is restricted in lifting anything over 5 pounds and just needs to take it a bit easy for the next 2 weeks, and then she can do whatever she'd like!
