Crown

Well, I made it through my dental appointment, but I am feeling it.

I arrived at 8am all medicated and ready to go. No wonder my tooth had been hurting! The old silver filling was cracked, and once he got beneath it, there was a lot of decay that couldn't be seen on the xray. Then after he got that all taken care of, the tooth was cracked in 3 different places. My, my, my, aye, aye, aye.

Then the hygenist came in and while I was all numbed up she cleaned where she didn't last month because it was hurting from the crack. Then they cemented the temporary in. Before they let me go, they all let me know that they had done a lot of work on my mouth and I was not going to feel very good the rest of the day--and they were right! I can hardly get my mouth open and even my eyeballs ache!

Thank goodness for Ibuprofen! I'm sure I'll be better tomorrow. But for now, it's jammie time, Advil time, and cuddle up on the couch!
