Peach Pies

We made 12 peach pie fillings today.  We have 24 more to go.

 Line aluminum pie tins with heavy duty foil and then with plastic wrap.

 Make your pie filling.

 Fill your tins.

Fold the plastic wrap over the filling and then the foil.

Lay single in the freezer until solid.  Take out and completely secure the foil and then place into a gallon ziploc freezer bag.  Seal.  Stack in freezer.
