The wind is a-blowing!  I sure am thankful we had all the trees trimmed a few weeks ago.  You can always count on the Santa Anas in the fall, but the timing is off a bit.  They usually make their debut in October and didn't show up.  But here they are!
It is dry, the sun is shining more from the south, we rolled the clock back on Saturday night so everything is just 'off' a little.  I love having it dark at 5 o'clock.  I love having the wind down time.  It makes me feel cozy.  But it does take a couple of weeks to adjust.  Then in the spring, I am ready to have the sun shine until 9pm.
