Adrianne works at the corporate offices of Wet Seal, in Foothill Ranch, CA. I got a call from her mid-morning and they were being evacuated. She grabbed some lunch and then came over here and spent the rest of the day with me. What a good employee--she gathered all the files she was working on and her adding machine and worked the REST of the day!She worked at the kitchen table and kept the family room tv on to monitor the fire situation, and I went upstairs and spread out in the bonus room and finished the Primary buget and calendar for 2008 on the computer and watched the tv there.
Fires are now also in Lake Arrowhead, Fallbrook, Valencia, Stevenson Ranch, Saugas, Potrero, Rancho Bernardo, and Canyon Country. So many of the fires are because the fierce winds snapped power lines which ignited the flames. Then the winds fan the embers all over.

Just wanted to let you know that we are praying for you guys. This is so horrific and I can't believe that there are SO MANY fires! Please keep your blog updated so we can all keep up with you on what's happening. Love you all.
Watching coverage on CNN right now - AMAZING - you guys BE CAREFUL and know that we're all PRAYING for relief for YOU and YOUR NEIGHBORS. This is just awful! Love you guys - keep posting for us.
We are all thinking about you and your family at this difficult time. All of our prayers are with you and all those who are trying to fight this dang thing. I will keep checking on you and your fam.
