We just got the phone call Christine has been waiting for! School is officially cancelled for tomorrow!
They cited 3 reasons:
1--The air quality is very bad. Today is the worst and tomorrow should be even more worse.
2-- Many families have children at multiple schools miles apart and if evacuated would have a hard time getting them.
3--The schools in the most southern part of the district (San Clemente) and the schools in the most northern part of the district (Rancho Santa Margarita-us!) are the most likely to be evacuated.
We are socked in by smoke from our fire from the north, and are getting all the smoke from the fire at Camp Pendleton in San Clemente at our south. Pretty bad. We stay in as much as we can, I'm not running errands, and run the AC 24/7. Duff and Mike put in all new filters Monday night.

yea kris saw the bus broke down today and said her fav. latin phrase "sick transit glorais thursday" well even in bad times we can find some good . good for kris we are all still praying were encouraged . keep in touch love clint and kristin
