Happy Birthday to cousins from both sides of my family: Frank David Penney and David Walgren. Gosh, where do the years go? And to think I'm the oldest on both sides of the family. Wow, that makes me feel a bit old today! I remember when both of you were born and the cute babies you were. I practiced changing diapers on you two!
