Buffalo Chicken Wings

We made some of these with our new fryer we got for Christmas from Lisa and Craig.
They turned out amazing.
Ingredients:
1 lb. chicken wings
2 Tbsp. melted butter or margarine
1 cup Louisiana hot sauce
2 Tbsp. white vinegar

Mix sauce in bowl. Butter, hot sauce and vinegar. Set aside.

1. Preheat oil to 375*.
2. Pat wings dry. Place wings in oil being careful not to over crowd.
3. Cook until wings are well cooked and crispy.
4. Drain wings and transfer to a bowl. Add enough sauce mixture to coat wings. Place onto plate and serve with celery and ranch/bleu cheese dressing on the side.
